Traditional Sakés

Unlike modern sakes, the codes of traditional sakes are reversed compared to wine. With a clean mouth and a discreet nose, they can be enjoyed hot or cold and in traditional Japanese glasses called "sakazuki" or "ochoko" to better appreciate their "umami".
