COCCHI Amaro Dopo Teatro

Dopo Teatro, a rare "vermouth of the evening," follows the Piedmontese tradition of enjoying a small glass of fresh vermouth with a twist of lemon in the evening, perhaps after attending a performance in one of the historical theaters of the Savoy capital.
Vermouth Amaro Cocchi was created following Giulio Cocchi's original recipe, where Artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta, and a double infusion of quinine. The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicate red nuances and another sweet and complex note, perfectly in the Cocchi style.
