Tsukino Katsura is a pioneer brewery of the "Nigori" style of sake, a style that offers high quality sakes. This yanagi junmai ginjo sake from Tsukino Katsura is made from high quality rice varieties. The finest sake rice: Yamada Nishiki and Yume Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture are milled to perfection to produce this premium ginjoshu, which even among other ginjoshu varieties has an exceptionally light and dry character. It combines a fruity, yet slightly tart aroma with notes of lemon, pineapple and orange, and a taste that offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of the rice and a pleasantly crisp finish.
