MASUMI NANAGO

Masumi Nanago expresses the climate of Shinshu, where the sake house is located. The rice used comes exclusively from Nagano Prefecture. It is brewed with Masumi's own yeast strain No. 7 using the traditional Yamahai method. The aroma is reminiscent of ripe banana, the umami essence of rice fullness, the deep acidity and slight bitterness, and the exceptional taste express a new vision of the world while respecting the No. 7 yeast tradition.
