Profile; very well-rounded. Floral (white lilac), fruity (plums) and mineral (seaweed) notes. Rice powder, spices (coriander, pepper) and liquorice.

I didn't purchase a high end Sake, but I knew what i was ordering. As described this is a good entry level Sake and I agree it is best to serve it chilled.

quand je suis au Japon je commande toujours ce Nihonshu ou Saké qui veut dire alcool en Japonais très bon et léger rapport qualité prix très correct bravo la maison du whisky
