MASUMI Sparkling Cuvée Prestige

Resembling a natural sparkling wine, this fine-bubbled sake underwent the last of its fermentation in-bottle. This golden-hued brew is characterised by its fine bubbles, vivacious tartness, notes of umami, and full-bodied finish. The nose is very balanced, presenting fruity and floral notes of green apple, orange, grapefruit, and acacia flower – but also of laurel, hazelnut, and mushrooms. The palate softens the tartness with a creamy, full-bodied texture.
