From azure lagoons to lush jungles, Planteray Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fijian Islands. This delicious rum is the fruit of traditional techniques and local sugar cane. First aged in bourbon casks in a tropical climate, it then travels to south-west France for a second ageing in French oak casks. This ancestral technique of double ageing, combined with Fijian know-how, creates a rum with luscious notes of exotic fruit and sultanas.
