Born of the complete carte blanche given to the Warenghem distillery's Master Blender, Erwan Lefebvre, this Armorik is a blend of the finest casks from the distillery's cellars. Each barrel and each aromatic note, contribute to this Armorik Maître de Chai of great complexity and incredible balance.
Inspired by the many French wine casks in the cellars, Erwan has created an intensely fruity Armorik, in which the signature fruitiness of the distillate blends with the fruitiness of the wine casks. Bourbon casks add sweetness and gourmandise, and to complete the aromatic balance, spices and a light woodiness are added by French oak and sherry casks.

Nose : Intense, great aromatic complexity. The summery fruitiness of Armorik with its notes of peach is accompanied by spices and wood that add richness.

Appearance : Ambre aux reflets dorés.

Palate : On the palate, Armorik strikes a balance between freshness and gourmandise. Fresh pear mingles with exotic fruit, before evolving into the sweetness of vanilla cream.

Overall : Very long. The finish lingers on notes of quince jelly.
