Product Description: Small batch available in limited quantities Founded in 1997, Ninkasi brewery - distillery is at the heart of the Rhône region. Winegrower and distiller, Alban Perret traveled this famous wine regions to meet his fellow winegrowers and select the best barrels to age the brand’s whiskies. Ninkasi’s single malts are distilled from the finest malted barley, combining its expertise as both a brewer and distiller with the treasures of the wine regions. For this first limited edition, Alban Perret, Ninkasi's master distiller, has entirely used former Marsanne casks to age this single malt, typical of the Rhône Valley. A blend of only 3 casks, this expression offers a very original tasting experience, oriented towards oxidative notes, like a yellow wine, mellow flavors (cocoa, caramel, prune) and spices (curry in particular). A very accomplished and daring whisky, which will not leave you unmoved!
