Condor is an American Pale Ale inspired by the brewing revival born in the early 1980s in California, home of the animal whose name it bears. Brewed with iconic fruity and aromatic American hops (Simcoe, Citra, Mosaik and Centennial) and Biscuit malt, the fruity, citrusy, sun-drenched nose is accompanied, once on the palate, by biscuity malt notes reminiscent of fruit tart. Dry and low in alcohol, its peachy blond color, pleasant bitterness and fruity taste make it a perfect beer for hot days and the most intense thirsts.
