The small capacity of these casks, around 60 litres, increases the influence of the wood on the whisky. Intensely sherried, Darkness impresses with its very sweet, fruity and spicy aromas. An original whisky with a complex and remarkable character.

Tasting notes
Nose : Notes maritimes, melon, prunes douces, un peu de foin, tourbe légère et thé noir.
Palate : Crémeux, fumé, sucré et salé. Un repas de quatre plats aux saveurs complémentaires.
Overall : Des effluves de tourbe et de charbon sur un lit de pâtisseries et de clémentines de Noël.
