Tasting notes
Nose : The 1st nose develops notes of yellow fruit: dried apricot, dried fig, dried grape, structured by notes of vanilla and honey. The 2nd nose develops spicy notes: cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg.
Palate : The attack is elegant and subtle, developing on lightly woody vanilla notes. The palate is then enriched by gourmet flavours: toasted brioche, crème caramel, dried fruit.
Overall : The finish is very persistent, developing spicy aromas as well as notes of almond and hazelnut.
