L'ENCANTADA 1982 Domaine Del Cassou

In the commune of Arthez-d'Armagnac in Bas-Armagnac, Domaine Del Cassou produces brandies exclusively from the Baco grape variety, some of whose vineyards are over a century old. The distillation is carried out with the help of a mobile still and these brandies remain naturally fruity thanks to the use of red oak barrels in the maturation phase of the armagnacs.
