Description
Tasting notes
Nose : Serene, solar. The first nose is frank and generous, revealing spicy, mineral, fruity (grape, grapefruit, lime), rich (red fruit coulis, coconut cake) and herbal (lawn) fragrances. The second nose is beautifully unctuous.
Appearance : Ambrée.
Palate : Supple, persistent. The attack offers silky tannins that envelop juicy notes of melon and other livelier notes of tobacco on the mid-palate. The end of the palate reaffirms the character of a Bas-Armagnac that develops into more mineral, apricot and orange territories.
Overall : Full, warm. The bitter and mineral finish releases grape juice flavours. Nutmeg then brings warmth. The end of the finish guides us through spicy, fruity and herbal sequences.
