DOMAINE DES HAUTES GLACES 2016 Version Française Antipodes Vin Jaune

Made from a variety of rye grown on the 'Les Gabert' parcel at an altitude of 1,000 metres, this whisky is the result of a long fermentation (one week) using indigenous yeasts.
With its natural rye aromas and flavours, this version is a perfect illustration of the quality of our work, which always aims to bring the notion of terroir to the fore. As Frédéric Revol, founder and master distiller of Domaine des Hautes Glaces, so aptly put it, "it's not enough for a whisky to be good, it has to be good to think about".
