PROFILE : Redbreast 21 Year Old Single Pot Still reveals a rich and fruity profile, featuring notes of tropical fruit, nuts and sweet spices. Crafted from malted and unmalted barley, it is matured for twenty-one years in bourbon casks and first-fill oloroso sherry casks.
DID YOU KNOW ? Created in 1912, Redbreast was born when wine merchant Gilbey’s matured Jameson spirit in their own sherry casks, naming it after the chairman’s favourite bird.

Nose : ample, firm. Crushed blackberries, passion fruit, yellow peaches and spices (cinnamon, ginger) followed by vanilla, chocolate and soft floral notes.
Palate : expressive and textured. Begins exotic with banana and pineapple, aromatic spices (pepper, nutmeg) introduce a dynamic edge to the mid-palate. Raspberries, strawberries and cream emerge alongside a touch of lime blossom honey and fresh coriander.
