Dingle whiskeys are above all marked by the influence of the exceptional environment of the peninsula of the same name, on the borders of Europe, and its oceanic climate.
Produced with water drawn from a well, of extreme purity, slowly and entirely by hand thanks to the unique know-how of master distillers and cellars, unchill-filtered, these are whiskeys based on the harmony of meaning, work and requirement.
Among the very first craft distilleries in Ireland, Dingle finally arrives in France, with triple distilled expressions of great refinement.

The Single Malt Batch range of limited editions has been the core of the Dingle whiskey collection since its inception.
Triple distilled from malted barley only, as the releases progress, with different aging depending on the expression, it has made it possible to discover the great richness of the distillery's cellars and the know-how of its teams.

This Batch 5, the first available in France, was made from a blend of juices from ex-bourbon, PX and Madeira casks.
It reveals the influence of each of these barrels in a very pleasant way, with in particular notes of vanilla, honey and caramel from the bourbon, but also flavors of spices and raisins burnt in the sun as well as the sweetness from the ex -PX and Madeira barrels.
A soft, deep whiskey with a nice length, not to be missed!
