From a family estate in central Jamaica, this molasses rum was distilled in copper pot stills and aged four years on the island in bourbon barrels before being shipped to the UK. Once there, Elixir transferred it into rum barrels for a slower, seven-year maturation. This small batch of 2 casks was bottled in 2025.
