OCEANIC RUM : 83 Island 2021 is a pure sugarcane rum from Vanuatu in Oceania.

PROFILE : This rum displays a generous and indulgent profile, featuring honeyed, tropical fruit, dried fruit and ginger notes. Resulting from a fermentation of eight to ten days and a double distillation in a Müller pot still, this cask strength bottling was matured under a tropical climate in American whiskey casks.

INDEPENDENT BOTTLER : The Habitation Velier range is the first collection in the world dedicated exclusively to pure single rums from pot stills. The first bottling from the 83 Islands distillery to be released outside Vanuatu, this expression highlights an emerging terroir and unique artisanal craftsmanship.
