HAITIAN RUM : Vieux Sajous 5 ans 2021 is a pure sugarcane juice rum from Haiti.
PROFILE : This amber rum reveals a lively and lyrical profile, featuring floral, fruity, spicy, medicinal, balsamic and empyreumatic notes. Made from cristalline sugarcane, an ancient and non-hybrid variety, this cask strength bottling undergoes a five- to eight-day fermentation and was distilled in a traditional direct-fired pot still heated with bagasse.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS : This Haitian rum can be enjoyed neat in a tulip glass.
