CALENDA

Inspired by the Calenda, a traditional Oaxacan procession celebrating music, dance and community, this artisanal mezcal pays tribute to the region's rich cultural heritage. Crafted in Etla since 2012, it is an ensamble of Espadín and Mexicano agaves, combining richness and complexity. Produced according to ancestral methods, it undergoes slow cooking in underground stone pit ovens, natural fermentation in pine vats and double distillation in copper pot stills. The result is a smooth, elegant palate with delicate notes of caramelized agave.
