PROFILE : This single malt reveals a rich and fresh profile, featuring peated, oily, fruity, medicinal, smoky, sea spray, coastal and spicy notes. This single cask No. 1 was matured in a chardonnay cask.

Nose : Candied lemon, green apple, white peach, vanilla, sea spray and gentle smoke.

Palate : Bright and creamy. Ripe pear, lemon zest, fresh butter, sweet malt, white pepper and elegant peat.

Overall : Long and coastal, with orchard fruits, gentle spices, refined oak and lingering smoke.
