Crafted with Neisson’s L’Esprit Bio, this version — named Le Carbetdaïquiri — expresses with striking purity the mineral character of the volcanic soil where red, cinnamon, and zikak sugarcane varieties are organically grown. Nose : Delicate and precise. At first, aromas of lime supported by notes of fresh sugarcane juice and cane syrup form a vibrant and refreshing opening on the nose. With aeration, this sequence evolves toward more licorice and floral nuances (linden), while still allowing the lime to take center stage.

Palate : Lively and fresh. True to the nose, the palate is equally citrusy and liqueur-like, with cane syrup gently coating the palate. Gradually, a mouthwatering salinity emerges, giving way to increasingly tropical notes of pineapple and passion fruit.
