LARMES DU LEVANT

Founded in 2017 in Pélussin, Les Larmes du Levant is the first French brewery dedicated to traditional Japanese sake. Born from the passion of its founder, Grégoire Bœuf, who trained in Japan, the project aims to create a dialogue between Japanese tradition and French craftsmanship.

The brewery sources its raw materials directly from Japan and produces exclusively Junmai sakes—crafted from rice, water, yeast, and kōji—without any added alcohol or sugar.
