PROFILE : This rum reveals a warm and rich profile, featuring notes of ripe fruit, cocoa, flowers, wood and spices. Born from a blend of heavy rums distilled in the Port Mourant wooden still and lighter rums distilled in columns, this single cask No. 353 was selected exclusively by La Maison du Whisky for the Les Anthologistes Collection. Matured in a tropical climate in a bourbon cask, it is bottled at cask strength.
INDEPENDENT BOTTLER : Founded by Fabio Rossi, Rum Nation has been travelling across the Caribbean and Latin America for several decades to select unique rums that represent their terroirs and distilleries of origin.
