The first notes of Portofino Dry Gin come from fresh lemon and juniper and transport you to the heights of Portofino. They open the way to a world of Mediterranean aromas, from the coastal scents of rosemary and lavender to the soft, delicate notes of marjoram and sage, evoking the traditional cuisine of Liguria.
Distilled from Italian wheat alcohol by an ancient Italian distillery, each batch of our gin is made using a combination of traditional and innovative methods#P,& an authentic copper still used to distil grappa and local liqueurs, as well as a Rotovap, a state of the art technology producing vacuum distillation, preserving the aromas of our most delicate ingredients.
