Portofino Dry Gin is made from 21 botanicals, each carefully selected for its aromatic properties.
The first notes of Portofino Dry Gin come from fresh lemon and juniper and transport you to the heights of Portofino. They open the way to a whole world of Mediterranean aromas, from the coastal scents of rosemary and lavender to the soft, delicate notes of marjoram and sage, evoking the traditional cuisine of Liguria.
Distilled from Italian wheat alcohol by an ancient Italian distillery, each batch of our gin is made using a combination of traditional and innovative methods#P,& an authentic copper still used to distil grappa and local liqueurs, and a Rotovap, a state-of-the-art technology that produces vacuum distillation, preserving the aromas of our most delicate ingredients.
