Tasting notes
Nose : The last realease of Tsunuki was a peated version. This Tsunuki 2022 Edition is not but still pay tribute to his old brother with a nose starting on a whiff of smoke. It follows on delicacy with precise notes of cooking spice and orange reminding a cake fresh out of the oven.
Appearance : Or soutenu.
Palate : The taste expresses the energy and depth of the deep original liquor that the Tsunuki distillery aims to produce. We keep the fruity notes from the nose with some fresh apples. A complex bitterness is perfectly maintaining the balance for several seconds.
Overall : The finish is long and warming with an unctuous feeling.
