CHICHIBU Paris Edition 2020

A blend of five casks distilled in 2013, one first fill bourbon (peated), three virgin oak, one port pipe and three casks distilled in 2014, two quarter casks (chibidaru), one red wine cask, the Chichibu Paris Edition 2020 is remarkable for its depth and originality. The perfect blend of maturities whose diversity is matched only by their complexity, it constantly oscillates between the purest classicism and the most exuberant exuberance. Rich in twists and turns, the palette of aromas and flavours is teeming with little scenes, each more inspired and evocative than the last, paying tribute to the great blending talent of Ichiro Akuto, the distillery's founder.
