Vilanova Terrocita is the first peated single malt from the Castan distillery. A non-chill-filtered single malt, it is aged in ex-casks of dry and sweet white wines from French vineyards. The peaty character is very much in evidence here, at its best, with highly refined smoky and herbal notes that add even more structure to a whisky that is already remarkably malty and fruity. Vilanova Terrocita is a deep, intense single malt that is also very fresh on the palate. Not to be missed!
