SAINTE CRU Peace Connection Unitaire

Faithful to the emerging American style of Florida Weisse, a tropical-fruit overloaded variant of the German Berliner Weisse, the Alsatian brewers have added a large quantity of Floridian fruit at the end of fermentation: mango and passion fruit, guava and lime. The result is Peace Connection, a light, milky Sour Beer with a silky texture and intense fruity flavours reminiscent of freshly squeezed tropical fruit juice. Tropical, gourmet and tangy, the experience is as exotic as a one-way trip under the Florida palm trees.
