This fine and complex malt is characterised by delicate aromas of dried fruit (raisins, prunes), quince, vanilla and wood. The palate is balanced and complex, revealing elegant notes of dried fruit (apricot, walnut, grape, fig), rancio wood, vermouth, spice (cardamom) and sweetness (vanilla). A malt with complexity and a strong personality.
