Description
Tasting notes
Nose : Very expressive on the nose, cherry and prune, nuts (reminiscent of some nut wines), smooth and salty, slightly peaty.
Palate : On the palate, the peat arrives with force, pleasant and completely dissolved in the stewed fruits. The creamy side of the Kornog is particularly marked, salted butter caramel.
Overall : The finish is identical to the nose, deep, long and tingling with iodine. The smokiness of the peat is also present.
