The spirit undergoes a two-step filtration process through maple charcoal and a two-stage ageing process, first in American white oak and then in golden maple wood.
Nose : warming notes of maple followed by toasted oak and honeyed stone fruit.
Palate : creamy vanilla with a hint of chocolate and maple rounded off with a touch of spice.
