While many Sherry cask releases rely on a battering of Christmas fruit richness to deliver flavour, at Hellyers Road, we believe in the harmonious balance between our unique spirit, our premium casks and the nuances of the aging process. Strength and subtlety sip after sip.
Tasting notes
Nose : Scents of sweet tobacco and raisin present.
Palate : We detect dark chocolate and seared citrus with a spicy overlay. An elegant, smooth oily sweetness envelops around notes of vanilla and dried fruits with a hint of chilli and cloves.
Overall : Lingering and graceful finish.
