BOZAL

The Bozal range is crafted from wild agave varieties from Oaxaca and Guerrero, whose exotic flavors feature earthy and smoky notes. Because Bozal is convinced that the most natural spirits are the best, the Mezcaleros ensure a highly artisanal production in small batches. The agaves are roasted underground before being crushed with a stone wheel and distilled in small copper stills.
