VERMEIL SPIRITS Gin Vermeil

Gin distilled in the South of France. Distillation: Handcrafted copper still distillation. Maceration of a dozen plants, spices, and fruits in locally produced organic wine alcohol. Careful selection of the finest ingredients: Citrus from Roussillon, plants, and spices from the garrigue, seawater. Distillation of the macerate to extract the aromas and essences of each ingredient. Dilution with spring water and seawater from the beautiful bay of Collioure. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a gin and tonic. We recommend pairing it with Indian tonic, garnished with a sprig of thyme and a twist of orange peel.
