This yuzu sake liqueur takes its name from its composition: 50% pure yuzu juice (a highly fragrant citrus fruit from eastern Asia) and 50% Junmai sake aged for 2 years. Awarded the gold medal in the liqueur category at the Osaka competition, this yuzu-shu is surprisingly fresh, boasts incredible aromatic depth and is made by the traditional sake house of Heiwa Shuzo (founded in 1928) in Wakayama Prefecture.
