The fresh branches of this scented conifer (Picea abies) are collected also where they spontaneously fall. Immediately processed in a simple and natural way, they become the basis of our new non-alcoholic drink which is enriched with mineral water, organic lemon and organic sugar. From the leaves of the spruce trees that dominate the Alpine forests we get a fresh, citric, balsamic and pleasantly bitter drink, slightly enriched with carbon dioxide for a thirst-quenching effect.
