PEGASUS Liqueur Royale

The "Eau d'Or" liqueur had to exist in a version even closer to the original recipe of the seventeenth century. It was tasted at the end of a meal at the Court of Louis XIV. The "Liqueur Royale", aged in oak barrels, is made from the same ingredients, lemon, orange and orange blossom. These citrus fruits from Menton are complemented in this recipe by Yuzu for its notes of freshness.
The result is a digestif, a liqueur at the end of a meal in the purest French tradition. Aging in oak barrels adds woody notes that will delight more than one palate. Enough to invite yourself to the King's table.
