Nose : Gourmand nose, fruity, vegetal and spicy. Initial notes of fresh cane are enriched by aromas of caramel, candy, pineapple and ripe banana, supported by a mineral touch. A generous, tropical expression.

Appearance : Belle robe limpide, aux larmes grasses et lentes qui témoignent d'un élevage en cuve maîtrisé.

Palate : Powerful attack, marked by an explosion of tropical fruits such as tamarind. The profile quickly evolves towards spicy, vegetal and slightly earthy notes, with a hint of licorice. The texture is dense, deep and energetic.

Overall : Long, complex finish, extending the fruity, mineral and spicy sensations with elegance.
