With the "TANMPO" collection, PAPA ROUYO presents its first pot still rums. This triptych offers a rhythmic exploration of the world of rum, highlighting its process and the influence of time on the development of flavors. Like the notes of a well-orchestrated symphony, each stage in the production of rum (from the ripening of the cane to the distillation of the juice in stills) requires great precision. Time guides the PAPA ROUYO craftsmen through the various phases, from barrel ageing to final blending. It is in this crescendo of aromas and flavors, in this perfectly harmonized tempo, that the "TANMPO" series reveals its exquisite character. The first TANMPO is an agricultural rum from Guadeloupe. This blend of French oak and ex-cognac barrels features pastry and spicy notes.
