Palette BOLD is a non-alcoholic spirit that will awaken your senses for timeless cocktail creations, with notes of vanilla, oak and gentian.
Bold, round, spicy. Dry at the end of the tasting, with sweetness and woody finesse.

Ginger Dawn recipe
Palette BOLD 45 ml
Fresh lemon juice 25 ml
Ginger juice 20 ml
Honey syrup 15 ml
Shake all ingredients vigorously and strain into a Rocks glass filled with ice cubes before serving.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint leaves.

Light & Spicy
Palette BOLD 50 ml
Ginger Ale 100 ml
Fresh lime juice 5 ml
In a Tumbler glass filled with ice cubes, pour all ingredients and mix gently with a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
