In creating this astonishing spirit, we are strengthening our link with nature and our mountain environment in the Alsatian Vosges. This singular spirit is the meeting of French rum and botanicals, the real savoir-faire of the Nusbaumer distillery since 1947. The result is a unique "cane brandy": our own interpretation of botanical rum. Experts in fermentation, maceration and distillation - we've used our traditional know-how to create this exciting spirit! First, we macerated a careful selection of botanicals in French white rum for over a month. We then distilled this batch in a small 500L still. Finally, we aged this eau-de-vie for over a year in barrels that had contained a great white Burgundy. The result is vegetal, fresh, gourmet and particularly original!

Color : or pâle

Nose : The nose is complex and disconcerting. With notes of exotic white fruits such as banana and pear, followed by licorice and citrus. The impression is very fresh but greedy.

Palate : On the palate, we're surprised by the sweetness and intense vegetal notes. This is followed by sweet, herbaceous notes and then hints of spice.

Overall : The finish lingers with very round notes of orange and cloves.
