Moon Gin is a premium gin crafted in the purest London Dry Gin tradition, distilled using the same local pot still as the whiskies of Moon Harbour. The botanicals are infused slowly for at least 48 hours to fully release their aromas. It is then distilled only once, in a slow and methodical process that preserves its exceptional aromatic bouquet.
The recipe features juniper berries, coriander, makrut lime from Réunion Island, timut pepper from Nepal, goji berries from China, and a hint of Espelette chili.
Nose : Exotic, dominated by lime aromas enhanced by juniper berries; in the background, red fruit and grapefruit notes emerge
Palate : Smooth and rounded, thanks to slow distillation, which softens the bitterness of the juniper
