The Merlet family is a master in the creation of liqueurs. They have been responsible for the success of several of them at international level, and are now offering us the chance to discover their latest creation made from cognac and lemon. A blend of VSOP cognac and homemade infusions of yellow and green lemon peels, this liqueur is, along with Merlet Liqueur de Cognac au Cassis de Saintonge, one of the most recent creations of the Merlet house.

Nose : vif et onctueux à la fois. Le nez est une définition du citron. Il est également épicé (gingembre, réglisse). Harmonieux, il évolue sur le miel d'acacia et sur le coriandre.
Overall : longue, tendue. Son acidité est sur les agrumes. Elle est tempérée par des fruits confits et secs (abricots, mangue) tonalités propres au Cognac.
