LE NAR Sweet Vermouth

Nose : On first contact, the fragrance has a lively freshness with citrus notes balanced by the smoky tea accents of black lemon.

Palate : An aromatic profile that stands out for its modernity, highlighting nuances of citrus and fruit, underpinned by subtle blackcurrant acidity and enhanced by the radiance of pomegranate flowers. The lively aroma continues with notes of camomile and the yellow fruitiness of ripe apple. The balance between sweetness and bitterness is beautifully underlined by the harmonious presence of grand wormwood and quassia. However, Le Nar does not limit itself to these flavours, revealing its complexity by incorporating elements inspired by the Mediterranean maquis: thyme and bay leaf, as well as walnut husk, which generously envelop the bitterness, adding an extra dimension.
