Nose : both fresh and heady. Bursting with tropical fruit (pineapple, passion fruit), hot tar, oily peat, sea spray, slate, mustard seed, almond milk and acacia honey, the aromatic profile is strikingly complex. With aeration, a wide array of spices gradually emerges (curry, pepper, cardamom).

Appearance : or pâle.

Palate : rich and silky. Full of oily flavours (green olive), vanilla, chocolate, cut hay, ash, citrus, floral notes and smoky touches (eucalyptus, incense), the flavour profile reveals a shapeshifting peat. Over time, agave honey gently coats the palate.

Overall : long and heady. Noble spices (clove, cardamom), spearmint and passion fruit accompany a mineral-laden peat. In retro-olfaction, swirls of smoke and candied lemon create a harmonious whole. Long after, the dry remnants in the empty glass release captivating aromas of white lilac, lavender honey and asphalt.
