Neisson distillery once again highlights its expertise in ageing with SouBwa, an agricole rum aged for up to 24 months, expressing the full richness of the volcanic terroirs of northern Martinique. SouBwa is the result of in-depth work carried out by Neisson around wood-aged rums, long considered the discreet relative within the rum family. Today, it reveals all the finesse and depth that such ageing can offer when mastered with precision and exacting standards. Aged under wood and reduced to 49%, this rum exudes empyreumatic notes of roasted coffee, toasted cocoa and intense caramel, wrapped in stewed fruits, spices and sweet nuances that enhance its roundness on the finish.
