"Hoshiko" was developed after years of research and refinement since 1979, and was first launched in 2005. This natural liqueur is made exclusively with carefully selected plums harvested each year, with no added preservatives and filtered simply. Unlike flavored plum liqueurs, "Hoshiko" stands out for its purity and true essence of plum.
